Provisional Transactions Management Console

The K/F Provisional Transactions Management Console (PTMC) screen is the place where all provisional transactions are managed. You can open, create, delete provisional transactions, generate actual transactions, print reports, etc.

Printing the Bank Balances Graph

The “Print Graph” button allows to print a graph in Crystal Reports. The graph shows bank balance based on the provisional transactions displayed on the Provisional Transactions Management Console screen. Clicking the “Print Graph” button opens a pop-up screen allowing the user to select the base (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.) The graph can be printed for multiple banks.

Filtering

You can filter the transaction list on the Provisional Transactions Management Console (PTMC) screen. There is an indicator at the bottom of the PTMC screen showing whether the transaction list is filtered.
